Evening everyone,

RE: URGENT MEETING TO FILL CASUAL VACANCIES

In response to an underwhelming attendance at our recent AGM where numerous board positions became vacant, the remaining Executive Committee would like to call an urgent meeting to be held on Monday, 14th December 2020 at 7pm at the Albany Club rooms.

The purpose of the meeting is to fill vacant positions. Currently, with 3 remaining Committee Members, the Committee may only act for the purpose of a) appointing Committee Members or b) convening a general meeting. Essentially, it is unable to operate.

Given we have a huge year ahead of us with hosting the 2021 Country Championships in August, early preparation and planning is imperative to our success.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

The following positions are declared vacant, President, Treasurer, Secretary, and 2-3 x Director positions. These include Facilities Director, Membership Director and Competitions Director.

There is also sub-committee positions available including Senior and/or Junior Umpire Co-ordinator and 2021 Country Championship Co-ordinator.

We are requesting that all club presidents and executives attend along with 2 club delegates. The meeting is open to ALL members.
